My wife just told me it is our adrenaline regulating itself back to normal after a seizure.When we go into a seizure our adrenal glands also release too much adrenaline due to the brain telling it to do so.This is why our bodies feel hot and cold because of our heart rates are racing and lowering like a heart attack.Thus the hot and cold feeling.This was studied in the University of Oxford England.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member when you are having a seizure (or at least i do) your heart is racing and your temp is up (like you have a slight fever temp). when you are done, your body needs to 'reset'. you might be cold because your body needs to reset. then when you are back to normal... your body temp is back to normal.
i have a fitbit tracker (health and fitness wristband) when i go into a seizure, my heart rate goes up. when i am finished the heart rate goes way down for a few sec.

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member i used to have seizures a lot everyday (mostly auras into simple and/or complex partial). adrenaline only works if you are unexpecting things. if you have seizures multiple times a day, the adrenaline will not work or sorta works.

I maybe a male but yes I do get hot, then freezing, then hot again after a seizure.
