I wouldn’t know Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 is still in lockdown and they’re not testing everyone unless you have to go to the hospital if you symptoms get worse other than that if you have symptoms you have to self isolate lucky for me I haven’t had any symptoms and schools over here are not opening up until after the summer holidays which is August x x

If they open schools before they can find out who has the virus an not it could start the epidemic all over again.

Same as Maureen. However, those in my family who go out more often (and thus have their masks on) have not reported any problems other than fogging up their glasses. And when I do go for the trips to the store and thus am wearing my mask for ours at a time, I have not had that issue and my mask is covering my mouth and nose.

Do you feel like you are going to pass out only when out in public and wearing your mask? Or do you feel it any time when you put have put the mask on when getting ready to go out?

If you are not sure, then test this out by wearing the mask for a bit while in your home. This is just a step in troubleshooting/mystery solving. If you do feel the same way when walking around home, then the mask is hampering your breathing to the point of bringing on this feeling. Do they offer drive up testing for coronavirus in your area? Also do you have an option of virtual/phone communication with your doctor or even the ability to email your doctor or call and leave a message with your doctor's secretary to tell your doctor of what your are experiencing and get a recommendation on what to do?

However, if you do not feel the same way while at home, then it is probably more likely the additional stress from being out in public and thus higher risk of getting the coronavirus. Remember to always wash your hands whenever you come home. And if you were not already doing so before this, always wash produce before using them and your hands more often than you would when handling produce and meats.

I’m sorry to hear that I’m not wearing a mask my country is in lockdown and I’m in the house and when I go out only once a week to get groceries or pick up prescriptions I don’t wear a mask I haven’t had any symptoms I would maybe try peppermint tea if your feeling nauseous x x
