My neurologist just subscribed me to Vitamin D. Have you guys ever taken that? And has it helped you control your seizures?

I have to take vitamin D supplements. My meds reduces the amount of vitamin D in my body.

I take vitamin D also. It's because we don't recieve the amount that our bodies need from the foods and sun because of the medication we're on.

I was put on it because when I started having the seizures triggered by the summer heat and humidity, I drastically reduced my time outside. It was one thing when it was just causing nasty headaches, but too dangerous to walk alone because of the seizures. The sun is the best source of vitamin D, and reduced time outside meant a lower vitamin D levels.

Churcham, you get a lot more sun than us Brits. I get the sun when it shows itself and take vitamin D too.
