Flying

Flying

I have a tremendous fear of flying and can't take things like Valium for stress, or a couple bevvies like I used to. Most of my seizures are triggered by stress. Should I fly? It's a hell of a long way up to seize..and I live on an island..

My neurologist has given me a 1mg Ativan for when a seizure is starting to come on or just the stress alone so you might look into that

One of our airlines in the UK does a fear of flying immersion therapy day. Easyjet I think? Two of my friends have done this and said it was brilliant. Maybe see if you can find something similar locally?

Have you considered taking a boat to the mainland but social distancing yourself to get to where you need to go.Plus the Corona Virus is everywhere and airlines worldwide maybe grounded very soon.
