I use MediSafe. It's a great app for your phone. It keeps a list of medication you take, will remind you when to take them, let you make notes, list of medical appointments, you doctors, when you need refills and produce reports.

Inspyre. It’s a seizure monitoring app that has a great medication reminder. You enter the meds and time you take them and the app alerts you when to take them. For us living with Epilepsy it’s not hard to remember to take your meds. It’s just easy to forget.
