Many other people have complained about what they call 'Keppra Rage" obviously a side effect when a person takes Keppra. I don't like being violent towards other people so my Dr. is lowering the amount of medication I am taking. If any of You don't like this feeling of "Keppra Rage" tell Your DR. and find out what else can be done.

I would, and Keppra made me mean. I would lash out on people for small things, then get very emotional when I realized what I did. I had to call my doc to get put on something else. She tried Vimpat and after my body adjusted (had to slowly increase levels because of side effects) it's been great!

Nope. No headaches on keppra. In fact when I was a kid keppra stopped my migraines. It does have side effects of dehydration due to sweating which can cause fuzzy dull head. Try more fluids. I drink minimum 5 litres a day

I was taking kepra and limiktal (spelling not right sorry) at the same time and they seemed to give me horrible migraines that would induce seizures for me. Not sure if it was one of the other but I had bad headache n migraines taking them.

Prior to taking keppra I had exactly what You said. A dull migraine headache that would last for hours. Those happened when I was is high school because of the buzzing of the lights/florescent ones. When I came home from school in the past I had to take something to end those headaches.
