I would try to go to a sleep study and see if they can diagnose your mental or physical or mental experience that you are going through.

Jacque. It's probably nothing. I know I fall asleep quick when I get home from work. My wife tells me that I been slept through dinner and everything. I always wake up in the middle of the night. Then it takes hours for me to fall back to sleep. I told my dr. and he said that's the side effects of taking two different high doses of seizure medication a day. He also told me to calm down because I'm scaring myself. Just to be safe I advised you to call your doctor.

I used to be that way ,not because of the medication or whatever else but dr had started monitoring me in a sleep clinic to see what was actually going on maybe talk to your drs about sleep clinic ,different typsnof narcolepsy .....they tested me for everything I also started recording myself I know that sounds weird too but when you sre alone it's easier to figure out stuff when you have live footage get some wifi cameras or whatever to record you , maybe your sleepwalking and that's why you are tired unlike you said maybe u are seizing, after recording and doing the sleep clinic they did come to conclusions with me and they should be able to help you .....hope my answer helps

I wouldn't hesitate to call Dr. if you really want to know and are concerned.
