I thought I was alone I'm a waitress and I can be perfectly fine and then as soon as I go to speak to a table of people I can't get words out hands go numb so then I can't write what they are saying I start feeling so dizzy then I can't even hear them I barely can walk away from the table 😓 I feel so alone when it happens and scared that a seizure is going to happen sometimes it does and sometimes it don't 😭 but it for sure is the scariest thing I ever have dealt with 😭😭😭

Yes, I have had similar experiences. I usually go outside and sit in a safe spot (in case I seize) I take sips of cool water and take deep breaths. And I hold something natural in my hand, like a flower. Sipping and swallowing stimulates the vagus nerve which can be helpful/soothing for many of us with neurological issues. 💜

You Are NOT Alone I Came Across This Site By Accident And I Am Soo Glad I Found It....Then Again Maybe It Wasn't An Accident Maybe I Was SUPPOSE To Find It, Anyway We ALL GO Through What You Are Talking About And You ALWAYS Feel That Way No Matter How Old You Get. I Will Be 50 Years Old On June 5th I Started Having Seizures When I Was ONLY 2 Years Old. I Fell Down The Stairs That Go Into My Basement And Hit My Forehead On The Cement Floor.....6 Months Later The Seizures Started. What Is Weird Is That As I Got Older And Got Bigger The Seizures Got Bigger Too, I Went From Petite Mal To Grand Mal Then Grand Mal AND Complex Partial. I Sometimes Get ANGRY At God And Get Like WHY Would You Do This To Someone I Was Just A Baby WHY Did You RUIN My Life Before It Even Started WHY ???!!!!! Then The Other Side Of Me Levels Things Out And Reminds Me That Jesus Himself Had Epilepsy WHY They Don't Put That In The Bible I Don't Know And If It Is WHY Do They Not Speak About It ?????
