before the keto diet (decades ago) i took gaba with other vitamins. i have no side effects that i know of. during the vary beginning of the keto diet, i took my last gaba vitamin. thats because i have normal blood pressure (on the diet). when i get stressed out or anxiety, i listen to music and/or doodle and/or play video games. and i took [[treatment:melatonin:5526d0531fcaa353cc0029f5]] for sleep. thats gabas main strength is those stuff.
