Been a labourer all my life only became an epileptic four years ago at 25 . No one seems to want to take on the liability . Sydney NSW

Hi Andy I know what you mean about getting a job with epilepsy it seems like I cannot get a full time job I have a part time job I don't know how it goes on Sydney I live in England so I went to my Gp and got a letter saying I was fit for work hope that helps

I agree. I only got diagnosed 5 years ago. Im legally not allowed to work. Its super tough, but unfortunately the truth. So just be careful when you disclose it. Sorry ❤

Disclosing that you are an epileptic almost guarantees that no one will hire you. You are not required to disclose it. However, if you are going to have to miss work while on your probationary permit would be wise to disclose it. I would also disclose it incase something happened but like I said most likely you are going to be seen as a liability. I wish I had better news.
