Hi Christine did you know about the free bus pass if you have epilepsy I have one
Hello Nicole, Depends on your doctor. Your doctor will choose to advise you to stop driving until your seizures are under control. If you continue to drive of course you can be a risk to yourself and others. Its a tough pill to swallow to accept not to drive because it takes away a bit of your dependence. Because if DMV finds out you have seizures through an accident, your license will be revoked until you have proof from a neurologist you have been seizure free for over a year. Take care, choose wisely.
Too dangerous to drive anymore, find different ways to get around.
My neuro said depends on each state. He made it sound like as long as I don't lose consciousness, I wouldn't have to give up my license for now
