Doea Anyone Else Have Extended Periods Of Deja-vu Before Seizures?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

When I have a seizure while awake (most of my seizure activity happens when I am asleep), I experience a period of around 40-50 minutes of intense deja-vu. Just wondering if anyone else here has had any similar experiences?

Me! It was wild, and I would have these everytime I would get an β€œaura” so I was conscious, but felt like the world was ending and then I would have major Deja Vu almost everytime. Then I found out they were seizures after a year...

I'm told that this is common in people with epilepsy. I generally experience memory loss following a seizure, but frequently have Deja Vu during my day to day life.
