Has anyone noticed any positives or negatives with regard to their seizures, or how the feel in general, when using multivitamins?
What about Keto diets? Has anyone out there tried it and stuck with it a long time and seen their seizures stop? It can be difficult when you have a family that doesn’t really care for some of the meals.
And finally, exercise. I know we are supposed to exercise, but can you tell me the best method when you are at home by yourself?
Thanks!

I take a Multivitamin daily & have for years, it’s a pill my Mom has always had me take. Being that my seizures aren’t extremely severe & are controlled by medicine I can’t say if I notic a difference as far as my seizures go. But 2 years ago I found out that I have Osteopenia in my left hip due to long term use of my Depakote. I was recommended to take Vitamin C & D & was already taking the Multivitamin but my new doctor wanted me to take extra Vitamin D & so I take that also & my Mom has me taking Iron pills also. My new doctor encourages exercise & so I just do little exercises where I work all my muscles a section at a time like I worked with the residents at nursing homes when I was an Activity Assistant. I’m not a runner or extreme person who exercises. Another Team Member uses a video. Good luck. Your friend in Texas, Becky
Ugh! I was writing a long reply and got knocked off!! Anyway, as I was saying, long story short, even if I did know you, I wouldn't be able to introduce you in person. She and her family moved to NC in December. I have an opportunity to visit her next summer for her birthday, along with another close friend of mine. Looking forward to it, as I miss her and her family VERY MUCH!!!! I would love to have introduced you, she is a sweetheart. We have tons of fond memories growing up!!
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member, was your CBD oil and the strength prescribed by a doctor or did you just try that strength yourself?
Thanks again
