Smart Phone Medication Reminder App

My son needs a better way to remember to take his meds. They are effective when he takes them, but it is easy to forget, especially when things get busy. We are looking for a Smart Phone app that would help. We would especially like one that 1) gives reminder notifications to take his med, 2) logs when he takes it and 3) notifies someone else if he does not mark his med as taken within a set amount of time. I have MangoHealth and the reminders are like a text notification so I have/suggesting setting alarms at the same time time as the reminders it's a great app
