I’ve been on Trileptal for probably over 10 years. Not many problems if any that I’ve had with it. I’m also on Depakote. About 5 years or so ago I began getting dizzy, blurry vision & crying for no reason at all & I had never had a crying issue like that before. At the time my family doctor was taking care of me for my seizures & my medicine & he thought maybe it could’ve been the Trileptal & so he reduced the dosage a little & I was fine for a while but a couple years ago I had more seizures & so the neurologist I was seeing increased the dosage. But otherwise I really haven’t had problems with my Trileptal & Depakote & so my new doctor is slowly taking me off my new Keppra medicine since it’s giving me problems of being to tired & then can’t sleep at night & even with a sleeping pill I’m still tired the next day that I have to have a nap & that’s not happened with the Trileptal or Depakote. Good luck with it. Hope it helps. Sending Thoughts, Hugs & Prayers it works for you & your seizures stop. Take care. Your friend in Texas, Becky
