I get tired, frustrated, depressed...does it eventually go away? The exhaustion is the worst..

I have been on Keppra for a long time and on the max, it has controlled the grand mals. I am having now having to take an antidepressant and other seizure meds. But everyone is different, keep a record of seizures and depression to go over with your Dr. Best of luck to you.

Keppra rage and mood swings are real! Just keep an eye on things. Ask your DR if yiu can take ativan before you take of on flight. Thats what I do.

I started at 500mgs., and stay there...no other meds except Ativan

Even though Keppra has been good for me, I have heard that Keppra could affect moods. I hope Keppra works well for you.
