I feel frustrated alot because my memory is sometimes so poor, my partner at the start just thought that i dont listen, or showed lack of interest in what she was saying, which was frustrating for me because I'd like to think im very attentive and a good listener. I do get moody and agitated but also can be the opposite where im happy and feel like laughing for no reason, but i have a rule with myself to always pause for a few seconds before saying anything. I constantly have da ja vu aswell. But the really mad thing is i remember things that i didnt even think i knew, a good example of this was i was born in germany, only lived there 3 years, didn't learn German in school but find myself been able to understand German and saying sentences in german. Considering my memory is so poor to a point i used a notepad in work to remember call conversations so i didnt forget to complete the task. Actually not sure now of this is what youre question was trying to sayπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. So hope it helps 😎
