Jock Itch
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

A bit of an embarrassing question this but my epilepsy developed because of an autoimmune disorder and the steroids I'm on give me jock itch (foot fungus) from time to time. Has anyone else experienced this?

Ask your Family doctor. My doctor gave me a medicine that helps my feet and my adult acne. I've had athlete’s foot for 45 years. My feet are normal now.

Talk to your doctor and or pharmacist for recommendations...as they know what meds you are on, and what might reaction it might have to meds...

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member,
I know for me it helps. You can eat regular yougart too. Less expensive. I am allergic to Lactose. Depends on what the rash is from.
I know you can buy over the counter stuff for Jock Itch if that is what it is. Any Pharmacy should carry it. Just be certain that is what it is. Wendy

Thank you all for sharing your thoughts. @A MyEpilepsyTeam Member do you or others know if eating lactose free yogurt helps men? I'll be glad when they take me off steroids.
