I'm Not Sure What Just Happened To Me.
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I was leaving the rest room and started feeling nauseous. I started loosing my balance to the point that I ran into a wall. When i finally made it to the bed my ears rang for a few seconds then stopped. I don't know if it was a seizure or something else. It only last about a minute.

Going by my experiences, it was a subtle seizure. When I have one, I walk away from everyone & relax; then return to complete whatever I was doing before having a seizure.
