Having A Seziure While Sleeping

Has anyone have had a seizure while they was sleeping bc i have stressed induced seizures and the other night i went to sleep feeling good then in the morning i woke up not knowing where i was or anything that have happened in the last 2 days which when i have seizures i loose my short term memory from 5 mins to weeks at a time depending on how long i was out for....

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member have you got someone or something to wake you up if you have a seizure in your sleep?. It can be dangerous I have had a few.

There are many of us who have seizures in our sleep or Nocturnal Epilepsy.
If I do seizure ,most of the time it’s during the day, but every now and then I may have a seizure or two in my sleep.

I have seizures when am under great stress and any time am sleeping only 40 seconds to a min at night or when I take a nap.nothing that I know about till I wake up the next morning as I don't wake up with them ., just tired and fatigued with more memory loss not knowing what happened the day before..

Yes. I will have them once in a while. Then I will have 2 more at some point the next day and will sleep that day. I have short term memory that lasts about 5-6 minutes. But hang in there, take it one day at a time.
