An ER Dr just recently adjusted my daughter's morning dose from the 200mg down to 150. I asked it I would be given a new prescription and he told me just to cut the pills I have. I've noticed the way the tablets crumble in the pill cutter and wonder if she's getting the correct and CONSISTANT amount when I have to do that.

they have pills cutters they don't crumble the pills like knifes do.

I tried that but they crumbles even worse that way

Try using your hands I break my pills with my fingers
