Essential Oils
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone use essential oils to help reduce or prevent absence seizures? Of so, what ones are good and what ones should be avoided?

I dunno. My wife swears by lavender. She bought a big diffuser that last all night and shuts the door to the bathroom and hallway., closing up the bedroom. Helps her sleep. She needs it. I got no problem. I stay up till 11pm. I'm good and tired, I sleep.

Thank you for all your answers! I bought a charm/locket for a necklace that has pads inside to put oils on. This way you can wear them without actually touching your skin.
