There are many nerves etc in the neck. I get occipital migraines from a knot in my neck that pinches something that runs up over the top of my head and connects into my eye on the right side. It is excruciating. It is also only on the right side. No pain on the left at all. Does this sound the same? There are times that my jaw and/or ear will ache also
