Yes, all of the time. Sometimes I take passion flower, but I don't know if it interacts with my zonisamide. Passion flower helps me sleep. Check with your doc.

i used to really bad when i was way younger. it was from the meds. i used to have seizures a lot of times a day (including when i was at night). the meds helps a little but the side effects from it was horrible. i was tired and didnt sleep or got dizzy and catnapped (1/2 a hour to a hour) everyday.
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member what helps is 1/2 a hour til bed unwind. no computers, no tablets, no phones, no electronics that makes you stay awake. get the sleepy tea. right before bed meditate or at least deep breath.
some vitamins i take to help me sleep is [[treatment: melatonin:5526d0531fcaa353cc0029f5]] and chamomile.
if you tried everything above and didnt work, disregard this post.

For some reasons I have the worst time going to sleep having insomnia. I was just wondering if it was just me or if its common.

I Very Rarely Get Sufficient Sleep. I Don't Know If That Is Related To Medication Or Seizure Activity.
