Foggy Head
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

Hello everyone! Does anyone experience a foggy feeling in their head and along with that you cannot put a thought together? I work from home and sometimes I have to step away because I get this foggy feeling and I forget what I am supposed to do. I usually end up just sitting there looking like a deer in headlights. Anyone else get this and what is it? Part of a seizure?

i do that foggy brain (brain fog) when i have grains. my brain fog is forgetting what i remember 2 seconds after they said it. cant think. i cant talk much. and it seems my brain is 'on strike'. it take a couple of days to recover the brain fog. mine is not a seizures. my seizure is you cant remember for a second or to and then remember. and mine is pins and needles in one part in my brain not a foggy brain. my family does not have seizures but they have brain fog when they have grains. if its 6 hours or more of brain fog it not a seizure, its something else. if the brain fog is a hour or less, then you have a seizure.

Hate brainFog !!! Feels like a bad hangover~ when I know I didn't even drink !
No convulations or black outs~ JUST cloudy brain.

Usually comes when a rain storm is building ~ going to hit in a few days.
My whole body feels it & I get super cranky with my husband.
Even my damn teeth hurt & I get Major Migraines.

I was correct~ Headache didn't hit till after the State of the Union.
Speech was not encouraging....IT was boring.
Some Senators were falling asleep !
IT did have eventiful moments like when Trump mentioned an 81 year old Halocaust Suvivor
who was celebrating his Birthday~And the whole room broke into "Happy Birthday"
And he even celebrated all of the NEW WOMEN in the HOUSE/Senate.
