yes they are seizure alert dogs trained specially for that reason

I do have a golden retriever who is very trainable. I guess I would have to get a seizure induced so she can get trained. They come so randomly as you know:l. I’m a stay at home mom. Any warning would be helpful so I could call EMS myself ASAP even.

i think so. i have a health watch with a heart rate thing. when i have a seizure, the heart rate goes up to a insane amount. the dog will seance it early. so it is possible. the problem is to train it to bark or something on command. seizures are random so if you have a dog, get a trainer that knows the seizures.

You can get a dog trained or trained already they've had dogs like this for over two decades because I saw an episode on Unsolvded Mysteries in the 90's that featured a story about this and the dog could sense if she was having a seizure almost 45 mins before it started which gave her plenty of time take medicine to hopefully stop it from happening. I wish they were available in my area.
