Oh gosh, my memory is terrible too. And yes seizures CAN affect your memory . I know exercise is helpful. I try to do crossword puzzles and things of that sort to exercise my brain. Puzzles are good too.

I have trouble with forgetting things, so i
write a daily journal &
I include 1. Weather 4
that day 2. What i eat
4 each meal 3. Anything i
need to remember, like
Doctor Appoint., Birthdays, things i need to buy 4. ??

I have memory problems because of
seizures. One thing i do that may help, with
Memory is, keep yourself a daily diary &
write things down!
This allows U to look
back at your notes, to
remember things.
(I even write down, "what i eat," for ea. meal!). I write down appointments, birthdays, etc. etc.!
*This may seem like a
pain in the rear; but if it
helps YOU it is well worth it!

If anyone writes daily, i
use "red color," ink pens
to put the day, date, than
I use blue/black ink to write notes with.

want to remember...put
a lrg DOT or mark of some kind
