I am a new member and would like to kick everybody's input epilepsy and possible causes and what happens during and after an episode. So I can realize… read more
I luckily have never done that. And I lost consciousness many times.
My husband recently started taking this medication and I have noticed his hands shaking and him having weak grasps, dropping everything. Anyone else using this med experience similar side effects?

Wanting to wear diapers as a safe net even though you haven't lose control yet of your bladder and/or bowels during any phase of the seizure?
@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member
Several adults wear diapers for multiple reasons.
I am just about to meet the surgeo. Asi am a candidate for surgery (all my tests confirm i have a focus point (dysplasia) in my frontal lobe.
It has been mentioned to me that the surgeon is proposing 1 step surgery (i.e no grids inplanted etc! Which is pleasing to hear)
Who has had this surgery? Postive outcomes?negative outcomes?
Would love for any info feedback!!
