I collapse seize and take hours to come around. It has caused MD's to induce coma. I have become confused and stripped naked.I also tend to have multiple without returning to normal in between. I bite my tongue and wet my pants. These episodes started last August at age 31. It doesn't seem to relate to a "typical" seizure. can anybody relate?

The only thing I can give you is to watch for clues. You may not always have a seizure that will end up in an incident, but when you do, you’ll know it.

Here are some examples. You maybe eating and the next moment your food and drink is spread all across the table and on the floor. If you find yourself on the floor and you were walk . Is you cut or scalp yourself and you didnt have that injury before.

Those are a few examples.

Not everyone experiences auras.

When seizures start in both sides of the brain, they are called generalised onset motor seizures or a generalised tonic-clonic seizures. Tonic means stiffening, and clonic means rhythmical jerking. Tonic-clonic were formerly known as grande mals.

The tonic phase comes first.
All the muscles stiffen.
Air being forced past the vocal cords causes a cry or groan.
The person loses consciousness and falls to the floor.
A person may bite their tongue or inside of their cheek. If this happens, saliva may look a bit bloody.

After the tonic phase comes the clonic phase.
The arms and usually the legs begin to jerk rapidly and rhythmically, bending and relaxing at the elbows, hips, and knees.
After a few minutes, the jerking slows and stops.

The person may lose control of their bladder or bowel as the body relaxes.

A tonic-clonic seizure that lasts longer than 5 minutes needs immediate medical help. Call an ambulance straight away.

A seizure that lasts more than 10 minutes, or three seizures in a row without the person coming to between them, is a dangerous condition. This is called status epilepticus; emergency treatment in a hospital is needed.

I am going to use Hemp oil also known as CBD which is the oil from marijuana but not the stuff that makes you high. The medicine part. It is known to help with seizures, dementia, Alzheimer's, neuropathy, pain, depression, anxiety. All of these so called seizure meds don't work I am going to try it and see it can't do any worse.
