Looser form of Keto diet. 10-30g carbs a day. Bad carbs are low carb things with hidden sugars in them. On the package you see single digit carb, but then there are sugars just below that. Peanut butter is a fine example. You have to add those into the carbs. (carbs turn into sugar)
The mayo clinic figured out in the 1920's there was a relationship between food and epilepsy. If you had epilepsy back then, they would starve you for a week and you would be cured!
Johns Hopkins research medical center enveloped the Ketogenic diet and the Modified Atkins diet as a treatment for epilepsy in the late 1970's.

I get mince beef and nead it in a bowl add worster sauce and onions, form them in to flat patties.
In another bowl use full fat cream cheese and chilli flakes blend together with a fork.
Spoon a table spoon of cream cheese in the middle of 1 pattie and them get another pattie and place on top, squeese together all sides to form it together.
Grill till cooked can add hard cheese on top.

You just want to eat a lot of meat, eggs cheese, beans, nuts, seeds, and vegetables and if you want to have fruit that's fine I would just try to stay away from Pineapple that's the one that comes to mind right at this moment if I think of more I will let you know. But you want to stay away from the fruit that has lots of sugar in it like Pineapple. Strawberries blueberries raspberries watermellon and canalope are the best to eat on keto! Then dragonfruit and kiwi are good as well.
