Meditation and concentration on certain positive subjects has definitely provided a solid base in reducing seizures. I believe a need for more consistent exercise still exist in my schedule.

I do Arial yoga daily. But Ive never seen it as 'to manage seizures'. For me I also cycle on a stationary bike and do yoga because they are the safest ways I could find to get exercise with minimal risk of injury from either my epilepsy or my connective tissue disorder (EDS).
