Anybody Experienced Failing A Dream Job Course But Failed? Tried Again, Gave Your Best But Failed Again?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I'm studying Childcare and failed last year. I worked full time but I decided to study again. Been studying more. I haven't been hanging around with friends much. Eating lunch while doing assessment. Doing assessment as soon as I get it. I spoke to my teacher and she advised me to rest and work in Childcare to gain experience. She thinks I'm probably still recovering from my brain surgery 5 months ago. Memory loss and Language gettin worst are one of the side effects of surgery.

I did not work for 5 months after brain surgery, then i took a computer class, 3 years after surgery i got honours in Network Administration.

My suggestion is this.. Talk to the guidance folks and the disability accomodations folks at your school... I suspect you, like myself, would benefit from taking less courses at one time so you can commit to learning one topic at a time.

I plugged away at one course all day everyday until I completed it, wrote the associated exam then moved to the next course etc..
Your new brain function might be having trouble keeping up with a new topic every 2 hours in a traditional learning setting.

You can do this!! You just might have to change the way you do it or take a bit longer to accomplish it ☺

Thank you so much ShawnDon ❀
I'm on 2 weeks break. I'll relax and read the bible more. I'll know what to do before I get back to college :)
