Is Doing A Juice Cleanse Dangerous For Seizures?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been thinking of doing a three-day juice cleanse, but it just crossed my mind it could be bad for seizure control after the pamphlet mentioned it was important to still ingest sodium while doing the cleanse. Has anyone had experience with, or done, a juice cleanse before? None of the juices have grapefruit in them, it is a mix of fruits, veggies, and coconut milk. Thanks!!

i have a lot of intermittent fasting and different juice cleanser every couple of months. my juice of choice is cranberry. the hole 3 day juice fast is too much for me. i do a 24 hour juice fast or the intermittent fasting is shipping 1 or 2 meals.

I think one day might be ok. I’ve thought about it.
