eegs are for when you get a seizure while on the test. if you dont have a seizure while getting an eeg it comes back normal.

It sounds like a gran mal to me. I do almost the same thing. They have never figured out what causes mine. All my eegs have been normal.

i am no dr but you have an almost grand mal seizure. i have phases of seizures and right before my grand mal i have something like that. when i am aware of all but the grand mals. i have a rare form of seizures. i have food seizures.
as for the trick to get my seizures i deep breath and sing a song. but like i said i am aware of my seizures and try to stop the seizures.
