Make laminated cards of things that are important to you and always have them near your bed side to look at daily as a habit and reminder
I have been on Lamictal (800mg) since diagnosed 20 years ago which controlled seizures well until 3 years ago (have several Gran Mal per year). Dr added Keppra (3,000 mg) but hasn't seemed to be effective and causes rage issues. She is now suggesting Clobazam or Zonisamide. Anyone with a combo of either with Lamictal?
I'm trying to find a higher paying remote position. A number of roles I'm looking at are twice the salary, but they require travel anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks each year. I see a dietitian as well and have small milky drinks supplied for the same reason, I don't have a big appetite, what can have effect on your epilepsy and your overall health.
I am extremely violent and strong. I have flipped tables, fallen down flights of stairs, anything to try and "get out" of these seizures.
