Yes. Keto during time of menstruation Atkins the rest of the month. It helps a lot. Making the seizures that do break through mild, easier yo control. Most of the time they're just auras

I'm on the Modified Atkins Diet. A little less restrictive. 10-30 grams carbs a day, but I search for keto recipes to stay "in check" while looking for variety. I had to include MCT oil to get me towards ketosis.
I have VNS as well.

it is awesome diet. i had it for 10+ years and now i go off and on the keto diet for 2 years and counting. the only thing that sucks is you cant go out to eat. my tip is to get a scale and if you have a computer or tablet with a printer on it. get a keto meal app or online meal plan and when you are finish with the calculations, save and print it. that way you get it for further use. i used to have seizures every hour and now its a seizure everyday.
