After a seizure I typically taste blood for several hours. Sometimes a half a day or more. Everything i eat or drink will taste of blood.. (Even if i drown it in garlic or hot sauce) as for the twitching bit I have a rare connective tissue disorder separate from the epilepsy, that causes muscle spasms etc so Im constantly twitching, its hard to know if there is any change right after a seizure
