I have been a night owl since I was little, my body refuses to go to sleep unless it’s absolutely exhausted and then I sleep well into the day
One of my medications is suppose to help me sleep because of my consultant knowing that I struggle but it’s not really working. If I increase them it’ll help for a bit while I’m getting used to them but then I’ll go back to not sleeping

what i do is i wined down. about an hour or 1/2 an hour until i go to bed i go without computers and tablets. right before bed i turn on the 'white noise' (on the ipod or ipad). if that didnt work i take a small amount of melatonin.

Melatonin helps me a lot. I ordered natural liquid melatonin drops off amazon. I also try to “unplug” close to bedtime and read.

I also take melatonin. Don't laugh at me but I get it at dollar tree. It works though. My neurologist told me to google sleep heigene. I didn't do it but it might help you.
