@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member Pun intended for sure! It is my go to line to make others more comfortable with epilepsy and what goes with it. ;) I am so glad that you are going to be using it too. :)

My skin tans quite quickly and I'm on tegretol since I was 17. I'm now 39 and my eyes are very sensitive to the sunlight and I now wear glasses that shade automatically in the sun and even when the skies are bright white/grey as my eyes are so sensitive and too much sun in my right eye sets the epilepsy off xx

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member I'm also experiencing those side effects. Thanks for your positive comment! PS: "Seize the day" Died laughing! Pun intended? From now on, that will be my answer if someone asks me about my seizures :D

I think the sun makes me tired, wobbly.

YES I get a sunburn just walking around the block. I struggle with some nasty side effects too like double vision and dizziness with nausea. It will be ok and we are here for you! Seize the day! :)
