Time Between Seizures
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

What helps having a long gap between seizures and a short one ie those that occur once or twice a week to those that occur multiple times a day?

The answer to that question is sleep, and making sure you keep on your meds.

That's a million dollar question, friend.
So far for me, it's the right combination of meds, VNS and CBD oil. Before that magic combo, I was having them onece or twice a week too. It tookm18 months to get to where I'm at now.

It depends what you are using to try and control your epilepsy, whether it has actually got proper control of the seizures and what was happening to you at the time you had the next seizure and the side effects that go with it?! Side-effects are always a major negative in the control of epilepsy. And what works for one person may not work for another? Keri

I am considering Cannibus oil. Also medical marajunia. These are two possibilites. What do others think about these options?

I live in Maryland and the THC and Cannibus oil are not legal here. Would like to give them a try. I would have to go to Washington to get these. What is Charlolettes Web Realm of Caring? Is that a website or something different? Im interested in learning more about this.
