I should add, I have complex partials. It might not work as well for other seizure types.

I've been using SeizAlarm for a long time now and I REALLY like it. It helps me stay safe while living independently. It times my seizures and keeps a log. I really like that you can set it up the way you want it. Right now, I have it set to contact my family. It sends them a text with my GPS location when I indicate that I am having a seizure and need help. It will call them if they do not acknowledge the text. It also has a time delay that I use a lot. I push it when a seizure starts. The app starts counting down and will send a text after the three minute delay. It gives me a safety net. My seizures don't usually last more than 2.5 minutes. Most of the time, the seizure stops, I turn it off and log the seizure. A few times it has texted my family. It has an option to just call for help and not use the delay if I need to get help immediately. It keeps me safe while not bothering my family all the time. It really has allowed me a lot more independence. Personally, I am so glad I found it and so glad they made it. I have only used it on my iPhone so far, but I've been looking into getting an Apple Watch know that I see the app works on it. Before SeizAlert, I had two other Medical Alert systems both of which I HATED. A nice bonus, it costs $7.99 a month. It's way cheaper than the other systems I've used.

You can go to www.empatica.com and read about the Embrace Watch. I have several people in my support group that has this watch and they say it it good.
There is also what they call the "Smart Watch". You can go to www.smart-monitor.com/buy-now and check that one out. These seem to work as well.
