I've been on it for 3 years because of nerve pain and seizures. I feel like it has helped my anxiety. It makes me very sleepy and It makes you feel off balance sometimes.

I have had it for neuropathic pain. Is an anticonvulsant though absolutely useless to prevent seizures as my neurologist says. There are about 92 side affects and they are not good. I have depression but not as bad as it was when I was on it. It helped with the pain. What I saying is was not the med for me ( horrific )

I did try gabapentin; because the Keppra causes me more anxiety than I already have. Did not like it! Got me depressed. Have been taking ativan for quite some time; and helps with the anxiety, sleep, and seizures. Wish you luck!!

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member: if you don't mind me asking, what dose are you on?
I currently am taking 600mg 3x daily, but am expecting my dose to go up at my appointment with the prescribing doctor next week. I appreciate your feedback on it, I too am a little sleepy, and possibly off balance from it too, hard to tell since I'm in state of constant dizziness, that started prior to starting Gabapentin
