I have had nocturnal seizures for years now and I'm not getting any younger. So my question is this "is there anyone who has nocturnal seizures that gets disability?" If so is this a long process?
Thank you,
Tina
The first time they said they never got what the Nuerologist sent. I told him what They said and he said what I am doing for you costs, but yours will be prove you need it. He sent me copies of everything from 1974-1994. which I took down in a day later. In the first box was a letter to them from my epileptologist saying here is certified copies of everything(every test, note, number & doddle)from Mr. Spains file. Have fun. Needless to say I was approved in a few days. Sadly I only got SSI not SSDI because I had worked 7 years and did not have the work credits to get SSDI. I was just happy to get anything.
Thank you.
Tina, if you have worked much of your life , you should have a great chance of getting on RSDI / SSDI. The Social Security Administration told me, that if it wasn't for the jobs I worked, I wouldn't of been able to get on SSDI.

Thank you Randy for the information.
