I have my basic triggers. Stress, late on meds , not enough sleep and ect.

My not so normal seizures , are the ones that come out of the blue . Then there are the seizures I get from drinking regular caffeinated pop , but I can drink diet caffeinated pop .

@A MyEpilepsyTeam Member think of my disease as a loosely a paleo diet or a loosely atkens diet. you have to read the ingredients and watch out for bad stuff and/or disguises bad stuff.

Growing up I always had a seizure when getting my blood drawn. I was an adult before I figured out why. It’s the smell of rubbing alcohol combined with the needle poke. Now, as long as the smell is gone first I do just fine having my blood drawn.

That's pretty weird I've gotten sick like you have @ bingo hall & HOPE YOU WIN SOON, cause after wining the jackpot you'll forget it ever happened or will.
I just researched on hormones & must be struggling with cortisol AKA the (stress hormone), cause I must be the king of suddenly stressing out.

Stress, lack of sleep, flashing lightsanywhere, tv shows with too much flashing going on, the computer, not excersising, or excersising to much, heat, mostly that's all I can think of at the moment.
