Do You Ever Drink?

I ask this question because even though I know alcohol lowers your seizure threshold I refuse to allow epilepsy change my life totally. Now it's not like I drink every day or even every week or every month. But I will have an occasional drink.

When I first got sick I thought if I even had one sip of alcohol it would send me into a seizure. I was wrong. I will have one drink say for my birthday, Christmas, New Year's, etc. Notice the word "one".

I have grand mal epilepsy and have a few ciders most wknds without consequence thankfully just make sure U just don't get completely hammered is all haha

I just got an application for medical marijuana on 5/30/17. So I still need to get my picture and to send money in to the state of Florida. So I haven't quite got my first dose yet. Am looking forward to my first dose.

Not really. A beer or 2 only leads to sleep. But cannabis seems to help and the only medicine that you can have fun with others.

I've been advised by my doctor not to drink alcohol because of the medication I'm on.

I never drink. Alchol and seizure meds dont mix.
I go to parties and don't drink, go to bars don't drink. I have a great time.
Alchol ruins everthing.
