No. When I was a teenager/early 20s it was hard. Now I don't care because I'm used to it. I think we all have to go through the stages of acceptance of having it until we're cool with it.

I feel that way after every seizure but I think I feel that way coz I feel so vulnerable for a week or so afterwards and I hate feeling that way as I have no one else to help me out and I'm a mum of 2 boys

well me get so so depressed afterwards for a long time.i don't have many seizures but when i did its brutal

I don't always get upset after a seizure, No its not hard to get out of it. I think its part of the seizure once I'm over all the side effects of the seizure, the tiredness, the chills etc... and the depression I feel normal again. Depending on how strong and how many seizure I had depends on how long it takes. I could feel normal the same day or it took take a couple of days
