We had a good experience with keppra regarding seizure control. Minor Personality changes were our biggest complaint. Good luck!

Trileptal was worsening her seizures and causing severe generalized tonics so we are coming off trileptal and on 2nd dose of keppra i have heard horror storries of toddlers and keppra im keeping my fingers crossed
