Hi... Has anyone taken Valium before? And is it safe to take with the antidepressant Prozac?

Hi my response would be get the hell of Prozac stop them fobbing you off with anti depressants your epileptic not depressed god I'm glad I live in England

My body's adjusted to the combo. I was hyperactive for a week, now it's junt my usual ADHD hyperactivity.

I did a little reading and according to what it said you would need to talk to your Dr. And plus you would want to make sure that your AED meds will work with your PROZAC.

Any way make sure to talk to your Dr. He/she may have to readjust the meds, so that they are safe for you and you don't get over dosed. It also says to if you have bad side effects, to call them and let them know.

I take citalopram and diazepam which is a form of prozac i was told it is perfectly safe in epileptits. I am curious though have you had an eeg on your antidepressants as i am due for another 48 hour eeg and was wondering if theybwill ask me tonstop them
