Dehydration causes a lot of Pressure tension headaches - so if you drink lots - you'll avoid them!!! Tylenol won't help - so take advil or other ibuprofen tablets if needed.

The sharp pain i get in my head are random and i may get only 2 or 3 but i know that i will get a pressure headache soon.
It feels like my head and shoulders are being squeezed.
Lots of water and painkillers help.

Yes, i massage very gently or put ice & heat on that area.

I get pressure tension headaches, but I find that dehydration often causes them in me, so I just drink a lot of water to avoid them or even get rid of them myself. ....so see if that helps for you....???
