Is It OK To Continue With Clonazepan?
A MyEpilepsyTeam Member asked a question 💭

My neurologist prescribed 3 weeks of declining doses of Clonazepam for me after a recent seizure. I'm in the third week and feeling good. I'm now wondering if I can stay on them longer, just one at night as my tremors are well under control and I've had no more grand mals.

Thing is, I also take Venlafaxine which is an anti-depressant (SNRI) and I'm wondering about any contra-indications?

My anti- depressant has helped my mood disorder jut I can't say if it's reduced my seizures.
